Willows Champions are coming……
Approximately 20 staff from the RBH maternity team will be undertaking Sands Bereavement Training Day in early July 2017.
All the team are looking forward to learning more about how to offer knowledgeable, compassionate care to parents and families when a baby dies.
Once the training is completed, the team will be recognised in their area as “Willows Champions” and will be ambassadors for the best possible care for bereaved parents at the RBH. They will all wear a small badge on their lanyards as as recognition of their achievement.
