SAVE THE DATE

We are organising a coffee and muffin get together at Caversham Court Gardens on the 28th Sept from 2pm.

The Willows bench is a great spot for a catch up and a chance to see everyone in an informal setting.

The whole family is invited. Hope you can make it.

We hold regular support meetings, both via Zoom and in person.
Our in-person meetings take place at the Beansheaf Community Centre in Calcot.
