Thank you ICCM

The Willows Support Group are pleased to have accepted a cheque for £5,000 from the ICCM Recycling of Metals Scheme.

The Willows Support Group will be continuing its work at Caversham Crematorium to develop baby memorial garden for families to visit.  Dawn Goodwin – Chair of the group received the cheque from Brenda Ellis of Reading Borough Council.

Further plans are underway with tidying the area and creating 3 raised beds which will be planted up with seasonal bulbs and shrubs.  Two large planters with lavender have been purchased and will be placed either side of the main bench.

We will continue to work along Reading Borough Council as they seek to remove the 3 large conifers on the edge of the area.  Once removed, we would like to create an area where plaques can be displayed to remember loved ones.
